Our story
A Korean kitchen for the Yosemite road.
Gangnam K-Cuisine opened after our owner, driving through Fresno on the way to Yosemite, kept hearing the same lament: there aren't enough real Korean restaurants out here.
So we built one. Kimchi fermented in-house. Galbi actually grilled over flame — not warmed on a griddle. Bossam and jokbal you'd otherwise have to drive to Koreatown for.
Come hungry. Leave full. That's the whole idea.
Banchan
The kimchi is house-made. Always.
A small parade of side dishes lands with every meal — pickled, fermented, seasoned by hand. Guests have been known to take extra kimchi home.
